We've also learned that those few non-standard machines that have been used during the program account for about 75% of our support problems and time spent. Thus, reducing our ability to provide prompt support for students who invest in the standardized notebook configuration package. For this reason, each student enrolling in the program must purchase and use the program's standardized notebook.
